Once you have Setup Locations and Classrooms you can assign your sessions to a specific classroom. This feature also ensures two sessions are not booked in the same classroom at the same time and can be used for booking fields or courts as well as actual classrooms.
To assign a session to a classroom:

- Select Setup under season name
- Select Sessions
- Click on session Name
- Click Select classroom
- (Optional) Uncheck Only show available classrooms box to view all classrooms
- Select Classroom
- Click OK
- Save and continue
