You can include any custom questions from your custom library as you would like. Changes that you make to your custom questions will affect all instances of that question in all forms where it appears in your system. The registrants answer to a question will show up across forms and seasons for that same question.

- Under desired season name, click Setup
- From menu on right, click Registration forms
- Click Customize registration form
- In top right, click Add form element
- Choose Custom question
- In Custom questions library, check box by desired question
- Click Apply
- At bottom of Customize Registration Forms page, click Save and continue
