The basic registration form collects important information about each participant, including name, gender, date of birth, and email.

During online registration, the customers must first select to register and adult or a child. Depending on their selection, the registration form displays different information:
  • If the participant is an adult over 18 years of age, no parent/guardian questions will appear
  • If the participant is a child under 18 years of age, parent/guardian questions will appear
The same form is used for sessions in the same season. In other words, all the sessions in one season will be affected by one single registration form.
