If a question is removed from the registration form, the question still remains in the question library. To use the question later, it can be located in the question library. If you attempt to remove a question that registrants have already answered but it is necessary to view the answers already submitted, simply add the question back to the registration form. It is not possible to remove a required question, as that information is required by ACTIVE to create and maintain a user's account and to verify legal status for waiver signatures.

To remove a question from the registration form:
  1. Click Home tab
  2. Click Setup under season name
  3. Click Registration Forms
  4. Click Customize registration form
  5. Click Remove next to question
  6. Save and continue
