Removing a question from a registration form preserves the question in your question library for future use. If a question with existing participant responses is removed, re-adding it to the form restores visibility to those previously submitted answers.

To remove a question from the registration form:
  1. Click Home tab
  2. Click Setup under season name
  3. Click Registration Forms
  4. Click Customize registration form
  5. Click Remove next to question
  6. Click Save and continue
Note: Form questions required by ACTIVE cannot be removed, as that information is required to create and maintain a user's account and to verify legal status for waiver signatures. Instructional text can be added by clicking Edit.
