1. On homepage, select Setup under corresponding Season
  2. Under Settings on right hand side of page, click Registration Forms
  3. Click Customize Registration Forms

  1. Add or Remove the required Participant Questions and Parent/Guardian questions
    1. Site cannot remove any questions set as Required by ACTIVE
    2. Customize any of the questions by selecting Edit (even Required by ACTIVE)
  2. Save and Continue
