Registration forms allow you to collect essential information from your registrants during the registration process.
- On homepage, select Setup under corresponding Season
- Under Settings on right hand side of page, click Registration Forms
- Click Customize Registration Forms
- Add or Remove the required Participant Questions and Parent/Guardian questions
- Note: The system cannot remove any questions set as Required by ACTIVE.

- Click Save and Continue
