If you have followed the steps to Email Printable Customer Statements and the send button goes away after the window is re-sized like the below, you may follow these steps to send the email.
- Fill out Subject
- Choose Template if desired
- Place mouse cursor in message text box
- Press Tab key on keyboard
- Press Spacebar on keyboard
Note: This problem typically only occurs when using a computer whose monitor is 15 inches or less. The window resize that occurs pushes the buttons beyond visibility, but this key combination will allow the send button to be engaged, even if you cannot see it.
