If there are formatting errors in your CSV file, the system will not be able to import some or all of your contact records. Open your CSV file in a spreadsheet program, and check that:
- Title of email address column contains "email" (or "e-mail")
- Email addresses are properly formatted:

- missing elements
- extra punctuation
- extra spaces
