If there are formatting errors in your CSV file, the system will not be able to import some or all of your contact records. Open your CSV file in a spreadsheet program, and check that:
  1. Title of email address column contains "email" (or "e-mail")
  2. Email addresses are properly formatted:
    •  Possible errors in email addresses may include:
      • missing elements
      • extra punctuation 
      • extra spaces 
  3. CSV File Type must be save as "CSV (comma delimited). Please proceed to the article Creating a CSV File for the steps.
