A dynamic list will send emails only to a specific group of registrants based on season, session, age, etc. 
 
To set up a dynamic list in a New Email:
  1. Click Email tab at top
  2. Click New dropdown
  3. Select New email
  4. Select Create an email and OK
  5. Click Add recipient lists
  6. Click New list 
  7. Select Dynamic list
  8. Select desired criteria to filter recipients in your organization. Criteria include: 
  • Registered for/ Not registered for one or more seasons/sessions 
  • Finance: Participants with a balance 
  • Marketing: Age and/or gender 
    • Note: If more than one criterion above is selected, system will filter out recipients who meet all selected criteria. 
    • Note: Lists automatically pull all participants who meet the selected criteria including those who register since the list was created
       9. Scroll down to Recipient list name and input Name 
      10. 
(Optional) Check Save this list for future use
      11. Click Select recipients

To set up a dynamic list in a New Text Message:
  1. Click Email tab at top
  2. Click Scheduled under Text messaging
  3. Go to New text message blast
  4. Click Select recipients
  5. Click New list 
  6. Select Dynamic list
  7. Select desired criteria to filter recipients in your organization. Criteria include: 
  • Registered for/ Not registered for one or more seasons/sessions 
  • Finance: Participants with a balance 
  • Marketing: Age and/or gender
