Organization users can customize the Refer-a-friend Email by following the below instructions:
  1. Go to Setup
  2. Select 8. Activation
  3. Under Refer a friend, click Customize invitation email
  4. Enter Subject and Content
  5. Click OK to save

Note: If social referral program is enabled, 'Refer a friend' won't be available to set
