Agency users can now allow customers to download financial statements in their online account. To enable this feature, agent users may reach out to the Account Manager or contact support. 

The financial statement displays the following information if available:
  • Balance due
  • Registration fee
  • Cancellation fee
  • Merchandise
  • Payment history
To download a financial statement in the online account, registrants can check steps below:
  1. Log into the organization's online account
  2. On homepage, click Financial statement download icon under DOWNLOAD

  2. Click Download
