After ACTIVE Captivate is enabled for your organization, by default, seasons are set to be published to your ACTIVE Captivate app. 

Note: To enable ACTIVE Captivate app, please contact your account manager, if you do not know who is your account manager, please contact Support

To hide a season from your Captivate app, please follow below steps:
  1. On homepage, click Setup under desired season
  2. Click Season from right side
  3. Turn off ACTIVE Captivate
Note: After it is switched off, consumers cannot see this season in their mobile app anymore
Note: After it is switched off, organization users will not be able to view this season listed in the ACTIVE Captivate portal; will not be able to publish photos for this season; and not be able to send notifications to registrants in this season
