If you need to combine multiple customer records into one, please keep the following in mind:
  • Camp and Class Manager does not allow for merging or deleting customer records
  • If a registration has occurred in each record, you must cancel one of them and then re-register the customer on the other record
  • You cannot transfer registrations from one customer record to another
  • You can rename the customer's name to DNU or Do Not Use to avoid confusion between multiple records
