Agencies can require consumers to save their payment information for future use. This advanced feature must be enabled by the support team. Agencies will need to Contact Support and provide an explanatory text of up to 255 characters.
At the checkout step, if the transaction amount is not zero, consumers are required to enter their credit card or eCheck information to complete the registration, and the payment information is saved for future use.
Note: This forced save only occurs during the checkout step of the registration process. Consumers are not required to save their payment information when paying open balances from their online account
The explanatory text appears on the checkout page (highlighted in green). The checkbox Store this card for future use is automatically selected and cannot be unchecked.
