If you have forgotten your ACTIVEWorks Endurance login password or need to reset/change your password, you may follow the steps below:
- Go to https://passport.active.com/forgot
- Enter your email address and click Send
- You will then receive an email from ACTIVE.com <support@active.com> with the subject Reset your ACTIVE.com password
- Find the Reset your ACTIVE.com password email then click Reset my password
- Enter and confirm your new password then click Reset password
- Your will see a message confirming your password change.
Note: In addition, you will also receive a confirmation email about the password change
Note: If emails are not received, please check junk/spam folders and also verify that the security settings are set to allow automated messages generated from ACTIVE.com. Some email providers allow the creation of a safe or white list - we suggest adding senders @ACTIVE.com and @ACTIVEnetwork.com to this list. If emails are still not received, contact your email provider to ensure that emails from ACTIVE are not blocked.
