After sending an email, a delivery report is available showing delivery details and actions taken by recipients. Below are instructions to view the email delivery report for a particular message

The following fields are available on email report:
Email
a. Subject
b. Date (that message was sent)
c. From name
d. From email (similar to noreply@awntx3.email.active.com)
f. Recipients (total number)
g. Description
h. Status (can change as messages are distributed)

New email
p. Check the boxes to include or exclude some status to filer out recipients
r. Click New email button to send a new email
- Click EMAIL tab
- Check box next to sent email to view
- Click Report

- Note: Messages are sent directly from ACTIVE Network servers to prevent rejection

- Note: Click download arrow beside Delivery to download delivery report, this report includes both delivered and failed emails addresses.
