Your Event Dashboard provides a breakdown of your event, such as number of registrants (confirmed and not confirmed), amount of cancellations/refunds issued, discounts, and demographics.
Note: You can refer to Customize Event Dashboard to customize the information displayed on the event Dashboard.
- Note: You must have at least one existing event in your organization account in order to be able to access the event Dashboard.
- Log into ACTIVEWorks Endurance
- Locate your event under Your events
- Note: if event is not listed select the All option on the Status drop down menu
- Click the event name
