Agency users (with the View participant data permission) can now add the Repeat vs New participants component to their event Dashboard to see the relative revenue contributions from registrations and merchandise sales for repeat and new consumers.

Note: Repeat participants means people who use the same username(email address) to register a race within the organization even though the people could be a different person. New participants means it is the first time for people to register a race within the organization.

For the current event, the component displays the Total participantsRepeat participant count and New
participant count.
  • Note: The Total participants number refers to the number of unique participants. Multiple registrations for same person will be counted for only once.
 
In the Registrations section, Repeat versus New registration revenues are compared in a ring chart:
  • The percent and dollar revenue due to Repeat registrations is displayed in the center of the ring chart.
  • Hovering the cursor over a ring chart segment displays the percentage/dollar revenue contribution and registration count for the segment.
  • TotalRepeat and New registration counts and revenues are also broken out to the right of the ring chart.

In the Merchandise sales section, Repeat versus New merchandise sales revenues are compared in a ring chart:
  • The percent and dollar revenue due to Repeat merchandise sales is displayed in the center of the ring chart.
  • Hovering the cursor over a ring chart segment displays the percentage/dollar revenue contribution and merchandise sales count for the segment.
  • TotalRepeat and New merchandise sales counts and revenues are also broken out to the right of the ring chart.
 At the bottom of the component, agency users can also view the: 
  • Total net revenue for the event (sum of repeat and new registration and merchandise sales revenues, minus processing fees).
  • Total Repeat revenue for the event (sum of repeat registration and merchandise sales revenues, minus processing fees).
  • Total New revenue for the event (sum of new registration and merchandise sales revenues, minus processing fees).
  • The net revenue (registration + merchandise sales – processing fees) per participant (Net revenue / person).
  • The net revenue (registration + merchandise sales – processing fees) per Repeat participant.
  • The net revenue (registration + merchandise sales – processing fees) per New participant. Hovering the cursor over any abbreviated revenue amounts will display a tooltip with the full amount.
