Agency users can set the required
Date range by clicking the
filter icon:
Agency users can compare the performance of the current event against other events (for which the user has permission) by clicking the
compare icon and then selecting up to two other events:
Note: In the Comparison view, the current event is listed on the left and the other events are listed from most recent to least recent.
Note: If an event name is too long to be displayed in full, then hovering the cursor over the event name displays the full event name in a tooltip.
Note: As the dates of the events do not generally overlap (for example, when comparing this year’s event against last year’s event), the component automatically aligns the first registration month of the events and presents a month-by-month comparison of event. Agency users may:
- Click the Net revenue tab to view the net revenue bar chart (excludes any agency-absorbed processing fees).
- Click the Gross sales tab to view the gross sales bar chart (includes any agency-absorbed processing fees).
Both the
Net revenue and
Gross sales exclude any consumer-absorbed processing fees.
The
Net revenue /
Gross sales bar chart breaks down the net revenue/gross sales into yearly, monthly, weekly or daily intervals, depending on the selected date range. Each bar also breaks down the amount in that time interval into
Registrations and
Merchandise components. Hovering the cursor over a bar displays the
Total,
Registrations and
Merchandise amounts in that time interval. Agency users can hide or unhide registrations or merchandise contributions by toggling the
Registrations or
Merchandise legends at the bottom of the bar chart.
The
Revenue gain sources section displays a ring chart indicating the relative revenue contributions from
Registrations,
Merchandisesales and
Other fees. Percentages and amounts for these contributions are displayed to the right of the ring chart.
The
Revenue loss sources section displays a ring chart indicating the relative revenue losses from
Refunds,
Discounts and
Other fees. Percentages and amounts for these losses are displayed to the right of the ring chart.
