You can download a report of owner’s information for a specific race pass (an Elite-tier feature) following the steps below:
Note: You can refer to View Race Pass Owners to view owner and status of each race pass.
- Log in to ACTIVE Works with Existing ACTIVE Passport Account
- Click RACE PASS in the navigation bar
- Under Race pass tab, click the name of target race pass
- Click VIEW OWNERS
- Click blue Download button
