Below are steps for accessing your Race Pass Report. The report will show which race pass was purchased, when it was purchased and who purchased it, discount code used (blank if no discount code was used) and discount amount, as well as the owner information such as name, date of birth, gender and email address of who actually owns each Race Pass. Report will download in CSV file.
From Organization Dashboard (HOME), click RACE PASS tab
Note: Race Pass is an Elite feature. If you cannot see it on Organization Dashboard, you will need to contact your account manager, and ask to be upgraded to the Elite product level.
Click Reports
Select desired Dates:
All time periods
Today
Yesterday
This week
This month
This year
Last year
Payment period
Custom date range
Note: All time periods is selected by default
Click Download
Once report finishes processing, click Race pass report - XX/XX/XXXX
