Identify Your Organization Name in Membership Manager

Your organization name is as known as account name for ACTIVE staff to identify your account within our database. Please follow the instructions below to view your organization name:

1. Login ACTIVE Membership Manager at https://membership.active.com
2. Click Settings at top right
3. Your Organization name is listed under Main contact

Note: If you need to change organization name, please contact Endurance Support
