Registrations with identical first name, last name, gender, and birth date are considered as duplicated registrations. If you want to prevent duplicate registrations, please follow the instructions below after you Log in to ACTIVE Works with Existing ACTIVE Passport Account:
  1. Go to Organization Dashboard (HOME)
  2. Under Your events, click event name
  3. Click Setup
  4. Click Restrictions and settings
  5. Click Prevent duplicate registrations drop down menu
  6. Select Each category or Entire event option
  7. Click Save & Continue
