Below are instructions to download or view a list of prospective registrants:
- Log in to ACTIVEWorks Endurance with Existing ACTIVE Passport Account.
- From HOME,
- Click on your event
- Click Invitations
- Under VIP groups click Prospective registrations
- At the bottom right of the screen Click Download list
- (Optional) Choose Filter by time period or leave it as default all time period > Click Download
- Once the report finishes processing, click Download prospective registration report - XX/XX/XXXX
- Note: At this time we recommend opening all reports in Microsoft Excel to avoid any formatting issues
- Note: The report only contains incomplete registrations. Once the participant registers using the same email address, the email is removed from the list
