Due to the increasing use of discount codes across multiple channels by event organizers, we have completely rebuilt our global discount feature (an Elite-tier feature).
The global discounts created before May 31, 2022 are considered as legacy global discounts, event organizers can follow steps below to view the legacy global discounts:

- Log in to ACTIVE Works with Existing ACTIVE Passport Account
- Click GLOBAL DISCOUNT tab
- Click Legacy tab
- Note: Legacy discounts cannot be edited or deleted in the system and this tab will be retired in approximately 12 months.
