The following information will be included in an email invitation sent to VIP participants:
- Amount discounted for registration
- Event name
- Date and times the VIP registration is available
- If the VIP invitation can be transferred to another individual
- A link to registration
- Note: If a VIP group has been edited (e.g. the discount amount has been changed) a new invitation should be emailed out to inform the participant of updates to the invitation.
- Note: The participant receiving the VIP invitation is not required to have an ACTIVE.com account to register for an event.
- Note: The VIP invitation email doesn't support any text formatting (such as hyperlinks, bold, underline, etc.).
