The notifications section of your TeamPage will show you invites from teams and organizations and invites from the team for events. This is where you can accept or decline those invites. 
You can go to the notifications by:
1. Click on the Message Icon.
Note: The red exclamation mark is a sign that you might have a new message or a pending invite on your notification.
2. Click on Notification.
It should direct you to the notifications screen. You will see the list of your notifications or you will see this messahe if there is not notifications.
