You can leave a team by going into your account settings - Teams tab. Please follow the steps below:
- Log into TeamPages site
- On your personal profile page, click Settings at right side of menu bar
- At left panel, click Teams under Settings
- Next to desired team, click Leave Team
- Note: Once clicked, you will no longer be associated with that team nor receive any of the team's notifications.
