Please follow the instructions as below to delete a credit card:

1.Open ACTIVE app
2.Select Account
3.Access Profile Information
4.Click View Profile > Yes 
    • Note: After clicked Yes, App will automatically jump to your mobile defaulted browser
5.Log in to your account again on the website
6.Scroll down and locate Wallet Settings
7.Tap the dropdown arrow next to the desired credit card
8.Press Delete
