Virtual Event Bags uses the time zone you selected when creating your bag.  
Here are instructions to verify or edit this information:
  1. Log in to Virtual Event Bags
  2. Choose your bag
  3. Click Settings from your event homepage
  4. Click drop down menu beneath Event Time Zone to edit your events time zone 
  5. Click Save
