Agency users can add order notes while creating or editing an order. Order notes help share important details with customers and other agency users.

  • Note: Order notes can be selected to display on Participant Online Accounts, Confirmation Emails and Receipt Emails, please contact support to enable any of these options.
There are two ways to add order notes: during an internal registration or when editing purchases, transferring, or adding other discounts.
 
A. From completing an internal registration, on the Review Order and Check Out page, order notes can be added in the bottom Note section

B. When you go to edit purchase, transfer, or add other discount, on the Pending Changes page, order notes can be added in the bottom Note section

  • Note: Agency users can enter up to 4000 characters in an order note, including special characters and emojis.
Agency users can also configure whether order notes display in the confirmation email. Agency user can remove 'Notes' from confirmation email setup.

  • Note: Order notes are not included in the resent confirmation emails.
Once an order is created, agency users can view order notes from the Transaction Detail page as well as the Order History page.
