What is Carry Over Balance?
Previous balance on a statement period which is carried over to the next billing period. Depending on the upcoming customer payments, carry over balance is usually deducted on the next pay period but if there is no remittance for a long period of time (multiple statement period), Active may send an invoice to settle this balance.
