New: Make Manual Payment on Payment Plan from Online Account

If consumers don't enroll in automatic payments, they have to make payment manually based on the payment schedule. Please check steps below:

1. Log into your online account

• Note: Online account link can be located towards the bottom of your confirmation email under Document Links.

     

2. Find the registration and click PAY BILL NOW
3. Click PAY BILL NOW again under 'YOUR NEXT PAYMENT OF' from the order
4. Choose Minimum payment, remaining balance or input a custom amount
5. Fill in card information or select the card you stored
6. Fill in BILLING INFORMATION
7. Click SUBMIT
