ALERT: This function currently is only suitable for agencies whose target customers are juniors (under 18).

  1. Click on Email tab
  2. Go to Text messaging section > Click on Scheduled
  1. Click on New text message blast
  2. Go to Recipients section > Click on Select Recipient 
  3. Select desired List name or create a New list > Click on Select
  1. Go to Compose text message section
  2. Compose a message in Message box
    • ​​​​​Note: ​You will need to include unsubscribe instructions such as "Reply 'Stop' to opt out".
    • Note: Replying back with cancel, stop, or unsubscribe will opt the customer out of future communication
  3.  Briefly describe the purpose of the message in Description box.
  4. Select desired Delivery Schedule
  • Send this Text message now
  • Send this text message on a custom date and time  > Set the desired date and time 
Note: To Schedule a text message blast, the scheduled date should be within 30 days from the creation date.
  1. Optional (click on Save as draft)
  2. Click Send
Note: The text message service sends a message to the Cellphone number provided in Parents form questions section.
Note: There are a batch of true numbers will be used to send SMS for one application, the system will randomly pick one when sending a message.
Note: To stop receiving text messages, receiver needs to respond 'Stop' to sender.
