Adding membership restrictions to your session setup allows you to require a membership for registration or completely hide the session from non-members.
- Select Setup under desired season
- Select Sessions on the right side
- Click on the name of the applicable session
- Scroll to Membership restriction under Basic settings
- Note: Membership restriction is available only if at least one active Membership package option is created in the system. Please refer to Create or Edit a Membership Package Option
- Select restrictions type
- No Restriction allows customers to view, register, or purchase a session without purchasing a membership
- Require membership to Register/Purchase forces customers without a membership to purchase one at the time of registration
- Hidden from non-members prevents customers from viewing, registering, or purchasing if they are not current members
- Click Save and continue
