Change the Ticketing Event type

If the Event type has been configured and saved as Concert/Gala/Festival options, the Event type can be changed within these three options as below:

1. Open event after logging into ActiveWorks Endurance account

2. Click Setup

3. Click Event details

4. Select the proper Event type

5. Click Save & continue
