Configure Emails Sent Out

The Emails sent out step is used to configure the emails distributed automatically from ACTIVEWorks Endurance. Below are instructions to configure and manage email options. 
  1. Log in to your ACTIVEWorks Endurance Account
  2. Click desired event name under Your events
  3. Click Setup
  4. Click Emails sent out (Step 10)
  5. Under Reminder email, toggle on 4 hours, 48 hours and 72 hours to configure reminders to consumers who abandon the checkout process (also called "Prospective Registrant Reminder Emails") or made express registration on mobile. Click the pencil icon next to each email to view or update its content. 
  6. Under Confirmation email, Create Fully Customized Confirmation Email and Edit Confirmation Page
  7. Click Save & continue
