Please follow the steps below to configure an email to be triggered based on recipients actions:
- Follow the steps in Create a New Email with Premium Email Tool
- In the last step Preview & Send, choose On trigger in Schedule delivery section
- Choose among When / Before / After to decide the trigger time
Note: Before is only available when you choose Registration opens / Registration closes / Event starts / Event ends / Price changes
Note: A specified number of Days / Weeks / Months parameter are required to be inputted if you choose Before / After
- Choose an action in the drop down menu
- Check the box of the target event
- Click on Send
Note: The email status will be shown as On trigger
