ACTIVE On-Site can be configured and customized per event, allowing you to decide how the app functions around Check-In, Bibs, Waivers, Merchandise fulfillment, and Registration

To access On-Site app configuration: 
  1. Open Your Event after Logging into ACTIVEWorks Endurance
  2. Navigate to Tools tab
  3. Click On-Site Configuration
    • Note: Elite tier users will see the Create On-Site Profiles feature, which gives you the ability to create various configurations to assign to different devices depending on the need of that station.
  4. Check on/off the following functions
    • Check-In
      • ​​​​​​​Fast Check-In - Enables you to quickly check-in participants without checking waivers or assigning/modifying bib numbers.
      • ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Bib numbers - Enable use of bib numbers, then decide whether to remind you if they are not assigned, as well as choosing whether to require a bib number to be assigned before participant can be checked-in.​​​​​​​
      • Waiver check - Remind if waivers are not signed, then decide if the waivers are required to be signed before check-in. Additionally, enable the review and signing of the waivers through either finger drawn signature, taking photo of participant, or both.
      • Fast merchandise fulfillment - Enable the quick marking of specified merchandise as being fulfilled.
    • Registration
      • ​​​​​​​Auto check-in: Automatically check-in participants after completing registration.
      • Cash: Enable the ability to accept cash as payment option
      • Waivers: Enable the option to allow review and signing of waivers during registration
  5. Click Save
