Delete Custom Waiver

Below are instructions to remove an existing waiver 
  1. From Organization Dashboard (HOME), click event name under Your events
  2. Click Setup
  3. Click Waivers
  4. Click Delete next to waiver to remove
Note: The Delete button will not show if the waiver's availability is set to "No one". Click Edit to select Everyone for Availability and click Save, then the Delete button will show up. ​​​​​​​
  • If registration is inactive, click OK within Confirm delete window
  • If registration is active or participants have registered with the waiver in place, click OK in This waiver can't be deleted window
    • Note: This action is identical to setting the Availability to No one and the waiver is in disabled status.
  • If registration is active and no participant has registered with the waiver in place, firstly go to event Setup > Activation step > click Activate registration later > click Save & continue to close event registration temporarily. Then go back to Waiver step to delete the waiver.   
  1. Click Save & Continue
Note: The disabled waiver which had already been signed will still be visible to you and your staff, as well as the participants in their MyEvents site.
