Paper waiver agreements may be recorded during the front desk/offline registration process or separately after the registration is completed. Use these steps to record waiver agreement as someone is registering at the front desk or during an offline registration:
- Initiate front desk registration process
- Apply Waiver agreements by selecting Status:
- Unsigned (default)
- Signed
- Note: Selecting Signed populates today's date in Date signed field and Paper into Method field
- Click Next to continue front desk/offline registration process process
