Paper waiver agreements may be recorded during the front desk/offline registration process or separately after the registration is completed. Use these steps to record waiver agreement as someone is registering at the front desk or during an offline registration:
  1. Initiate front desk registration process
  2. Apply Waiver agreements by selecting Status:
    • Unsigned (default)
    •  Signed
      • Note: Selecting Signed populates today's date in Date signed field and Paper into Method field 
  3. Click Next to continue front desk/offline registration process process
