Below are instructions on how to remove a member from Group/Family membership after logging into
Membership Portal:
- Find Group Memberships section
- Click Remove Member for member that needs to be removed
- Click Yes to confirm the removal
- Note: Once the member is removed, there is no way to turn this membership back to the group membership
The membership will later be shown as Individual Membership.
