There are times when some form questions may be compulsory for one registration category but not necessary for others. For these instances, follow instructions below to adjust the question's visibility.
For example, say there are two registration categories: A and B. The question "How did you hear about this event?" only needs to be answered by Registration Category A., so we do not want Registration Category B to see this question during the registration process.

Below are the instructions on how to set form question to be visible to Registration Category A after logging to ACTIVE Works Endurance.
- Go to Event setup > Form Questions (Step 6)
- Click Edit form
- Click
pencil icon to edit desired question
- Click Advanced settings
- Under Limit to specific registration categories and price types, check only the registration category that needs to see this form question
- Note: In our example, only Registration Category A should be checked, uncheck Registration Category B
- Click Apply
- Click Save
