ACTIVE Works had released an enhanced email tool on Feb. 26th 2020.

The following features had been enhanced compare with previous version:
  • Your event team can now drag-and-drop up to four Image, Text, Button or Code items per row in an email.

  • Your event team can now drag-and-drop the new Social media item to any row in an email.
  • Email page, Text and Button items now support a Background image.
  • Image and Button items now support Padding top and Padding bottom.
Following the steps below, you can upgrade your current email tool to the enhanced email tool:
  1. Log in to ACTIVE Works with Existing ACTIVE Passport Account
  2. Click Email tab
  3. On the top of the page, you will see a notification message of this release
  4. Click Upgrade my organization
  5. In the pop up window, check the box of I understand
  6. Click Upgrade my organization
Note: Any emails or email templates created prior to this release cannot be copied / used after this upgrade.
Note: Accepting the upgrade is irreversible and agencies cannot revert to the previous email tool.
