Questions can be added to your registration form. To add questions:
  1. From home page, click Setup under desired season
  2. Click Registration Forms on right
  3. Click Customize registration form button
  4. Click Add form element at top right
  5. Select Custom Question
  6. Fill out question name and details in applicable fields
  7. Click Save and add another when done
  8. Click Apply
Note: All custom questions created are added to Custom questions library on left. These questions are available in every season.
