You can add custom questions to your registration form. Follow the steps below to include questions that will appear for participants during registration.
  1. On home page, click Setup under desired season
  2. Click Registration Forms on right
  3. Click Customize registration form button
  4. Next to Participant questions, Click Add form element at top right
  5. Select Custom Question
  6. Fill out question name and details in applicable fields
  7. Click Save and add another when done
  8. Click Apply
Note: All custom questions created are added to Custom questions library on the left. These questions are available in every season.
