When people are trying to register, they received a screen showing "When it's your turn, we will automatically send you to the registration path" as below:
This is an expected behavior, there are suspicious traffics from the data center IPs, which caused some normal users entering into the waiting room sometimes, so the Queue-it function is enhanced to challenge the requests from the data center IPs, that's why people needs to manually enter the random codes and confirm "I'm not a robot". This helps to protect our registrants to proceed the normal registrations.
To avoid this screen, customers need to disconnect VPN and remove the proxy server from their browser to register.
