When an email is sent out, they are recorded in the Email History on the account.

To view the Email history for an account:
  1. In People tab, search for desired customer name
  2. Click customer name
  3. On family profile page, click Email History tab
Note: This lists below emails sent to the account: 
  • Registration confirmation email
  • Online account invitation email
  • Email custom segment (see Release Notes - Cross Season Reporting for more info about custom segment)
  • Email selected people in Custom Report 
  • Broadcast email sent under Email tab
  • Confirmation emails sent by ACTIVE Reserve
  • Registration Invitee emails triggered by waitlist automation feature.
