An inventory limit can be pre-configured in event setup to avoid merchandise items to be over sold. Please follow instructions below to set inventory limit:
  1. Log in to ACTIVE Works with Existing ACTIVE Passport Account
  2. Open your desired event
  3. Click Setup
  4. Click Additional purchases under Event setup
  5. Click Edit
  6. Find desired product to edit > Click pencil icon

  1. Under Item details, check one item > Click Edit
    • ​​Example: As shown below, we are trying to set an inventory limit for Included t-shirt - Small. In this step, check "Small" and click Edit

  1. Within Edit item, enter a numeric value under Inventory

  • Note: If the error message "The inventory amount must be larger than the sold-out amount" occurs when saving the update, this means the inventory of the item you are trying to set up is less than the sold-out amount of this item. For example, the sold-out amount for an item (e.g. Included t-shirt - Small) is 200 and you still have 24 available of this item, then the inventory you need to set up for this item is 224, instead of 24.
  1. Click Apply > Apply > Save
