Create New Products for Additional Purchases

Below are instructions to create a new product 
  1. Log in to ACTIVE Works with Existing ACTIVE Passport Account
  2. On Organization Dashboard (HOME), under Your events, click Event name 
  3. Click Setup tab
  4. Under Event setup, select Additional purchases
  5. Click Edit
  • Note: If the support package of your account is PRO, click Create your first merchandise
  1. To the left, select desired product from Templates or Custom list  
    • Note: Custom is recommended if you are to fill in the product information from scratch. Templates are pre-configured add-ons (certain fields/settings may be adjusted). For example, Apparel, T-Shirt, Jersey, Pants, etc.
    • Note: Shoes automatically includes shoe sizes 1-13 as items
  2. Complete Edit Properties
  • Note: Manage advanced settings for a particular additional purchase product by referring to Adjust Advanced Settings of Additional Purchase Products.          
  • Note: Only one item image can be uploaded for one additional purchase product. If more images need to be uploaded for one product, combine these images into one and then upload. 
  1. Click Apply 
  2. Click Save
