In the EMAIL tool, Event Directors can now better customize their emails to consumers using 32 new fonts available for the Text and Button items. The steps are as below:

  1. Log in to ACTIVE Works with Existing ACTIVE Passport Account
  2. Click EMAIL tab on Organization Dashboard
  3. Click New button or Open button for a Draft email
  4. Go to Edit content step
  5. Go to Add items section
  6. Drag and drop Text or Button items into the canvas
  7. Click the Font dropdown list and select the proper font
Note: if a selected font is not supported by the browser, then the browser's default font is used.
