Events created in ACTIVE Works Endurance cannot be deleted once they have been created. However, you are able to unpublish your event from Active.com. Refer to the following three-step process complete this action
1. From Organization Dashboard (Home tab), click event name under Your Events
2. Select Setup tab
3. Click Activation, located in dark grey bar on right side of screen
4. Select Activate registration later
5. Uncheck Publish your event listing on ACTIVE.com box
6. Click Save
7. Refund Participants. To issue a refund; follow the steps within this article: Cancel Registration and Issue Refund
Note: This is an optional step, if you wish to refund your participants please reference the ACTIVE.com Refund Policy for Event Directors
Note: To issue refunds for the registration fees, your organization must have refunds enabled. Please submit a support request to gain access to this function
